Police are appealing for information to help locate a 20-year-old man wanted on recall to prison who has links to Greater Manchester.

Finley Kay, from Cleator Moor, is being sought by officers from Cumbria Police. He is known to have connections to several areas across the North West, including Higher Blackley and Pendleton.

Kay is also believed to have links to Workington, Carlisle and Barrow, prompting a wider appeal as officers continue efforts to trace his whereabouts.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Kay or who has information that could assist the investigation to come forward.

Officers have also issued a direct appeal to Kay, urging him to hand himself in at the nearest police station.
