Police appeal for help finding man wanted for assault

Police have launched an appeal for the public’s help to trace Dylan Ratcliffe (16/06/1991), who is wanted in connection with a Section 18 assault.

He has links to the Blackley, Moston, Gorton and Cheetham Hill areas of Greater Manchester.
