Police appeal after assault at Kargo in Salford Quays

Police have issued an appeal after an assault at Kargo in Salford Quays earlier this year.

Greater Manchester Police say officers are looking to speak to a man who they believe could assist with their investigation into the incident, which took place on 20 March 2026 at around 5:50pm.

The assault is reported to have happened at Kargo, the popular food hall and retail destination at Salford Quays.

In an appeal issued by officers, police said:

“We would like to speak to this man as we believe he can help with our investigation of assault at Kargo, Salford Quays on 20 March 2026 at around 5:50pm.”

Anyone who recognises the man, or who has information about the incident, is being urged to contact Greater Manchester Police on 101 or via the Live Chat function on the GMP website, quoting incident number 2881 of 20/03/2026.
