Northwest Funfairs has announced what it is calling Irlam’s first-ever “Mega Value Super Duper Saver Wristband Fair”, taking place from Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 21.

The event will offer visitors unlimited rides for just £5 when purchasing a wristband in advance. Wristbands will also be available on the gate for £6.99.

Organisers say the family-friendly attraction will feature a selection of fairground rides, games, prizes and children’s entertainment throughout the weekend, with a range of attractions expected to appeal to both younger visitors and thrill-seekers alike.

Among the rides advertised are the Waltzer, Miami and Sizzler, alongside traditional funfair games and food stalls.

The event will be held at Princes Park in Irlam, with opening times varying across the three days. The funfair opens on Friday with sessions running from 4pm to 6pm and 6pm to 8pm. Weekend sessions take place on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 2pm, 2.30pm to 4.30pm and 5pm to 7pm.

Northwest Funfairs is encouraging families to book wristbands in advance to take advantage of the discounted £5 offer.
